JOB SUMMARY:The Talent Acquisition Supervisor plans, develops, implements, and measures success of talent acquisition strategies; supervises Talent Acquisition team members; recruits for specified positions; and works closely with department managers and supervisors to support their recruiting needs. Oversees the Applicant Tracking System and Requisition Request process. Collaborates with HR Operations to make ongoing improvements to the new employee onboarding process. Develops, implements, and oversees Talent Acquisition training for supervisors and managers. Provides broad support to the HR team as needed, including workforce development and career ladders. Supports diversity, equity and inclusion. Ensures a positive applicant experience. Works collaboratively with stakeholders across multi-disciplinary teams and throughout Olympic Medical Center to partner on best practices in talent development processes. Assists with HR projects and other duties as assigned. Supports OMC’s intentional culture by showing compassion, support, encouragement, and appreciation for OMC’s employees, leadership, and patients.
QUALIFICATIONS:Education
- Post-high school business/college coursework required.
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
Experience
- Minimum of five (5) years HR experience required.
- Minimum of three (3) years of healthcare recruitment experience strongly preferred.
- Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory/leadership experience strongly preferred.
Licensure/Credentials
- PHR, SPHR, or equivalent strongly preferred.
