We also offer Motor, Accident, Travel, Marine, Business, and Professional Indemnity insurance to commercial clients. Moreover, we have excellent experience in offering Employee Benefits packages which include Group Health, Group Life and Group Personal Accident insurance as well as Voluntary Occupational Pension Schemes for employers in Malta.

In December 2014, Laferla Insurance Agency Limited was handed a prestigious award by the Malta Communications Authority for it's website www.laferla.com.mt. The website was announced as Malta's Most Innovative eBusiness Solution.

The efforts of Laferla Insurance Agency Limited to offer unrivalled service to policyholders was recognised by a leading international healthcare insurance provider which awarded the PPP Healthcare International Award for Service Excellence to the Company on the 16th February 1996.

In 2013, Laferla Insurance Agency Limited was recognised as a Maltese Superbrand, and awarded the Superbrand Golden Seal.

December 2011 the company was awarded a certificate of achievment from MSV Life p.l.c. - the leading Life Insurance company on the island.
Credit Survey
The results of a Credit Survey conducted by GRTU on Vehicle Body Repairs in Malta, published on the 5th April 2002, established that LAFERLA Insurance Agency Limited is one of the only two local companies that settle all valid insurance claims within thirty (30) days. In fact, it is Laferla's policy to settle all valid claims within a period of seven working days from receipt of the completed claim form and supporting documentation.
