Cleary's done the hammy again. Limped off just before half time

Looks likely we get the Storm minus Papp and Hughes.... Pennies minus Cleary and Donkeys minus Reynolds. Rorters are full strength tho.

HAHA but social media cretins, imbecilic journos and even more moronic ex players who masquerade as journos don't even follow their own made up narratives.

This form line belongs to one of the favoured teams in this years comp. This side is currently $5.00 to win the comp as opposed to the Sharks who are $10 (Sportsbet odds only).

Roosters - L
* Rabbits - W
Panthers - Flogged
* Cowboys - W
Storm - L
Dolphins - W
** Raiders - W
Tigers - W
Roosters - Flogged
Eels - W

Sorry, 2012SY - didn’t mean to quote you.

The bottom line is that certain commentators are more than happy to move the goalposts when it comes to beating their own lazy drum…

The only way to silence this is to win the whole thing.

They are soooooooo over rated by the Holy Trinity of Idiots. Highlights team, no substance. Nana buns, nail polish, styled eyebrows, Dick Dastardly moustaches. It's like people like them through fear of being anti woke.

But then you get the "soft comp" narrative. Can't win really.

The game plan we had on the weekend shows what we will do if we cop an injury or HIA to 1 of our half’s mid game and with Sifa on the bench can’t see us playing a utility on the bench at all.
We would be 1 of the few teams that runs 4 forwards consistently.

That is excellent point
We now basically have coverage in all positions.

I think what could be very interesting is Trindall or Atko, Atko also gives us cover at fullback

It also makes sense with our new focus in attack. We are definitely playing more of a power game. Strong fast backs targeting the middle coming out of our own end. Mid field or attacking 20 big mobile forwards hitting the middle and gasing out the opposition.

We’re also attacking the edges more with Nikora and Teig and playing short blindsides as well. A few second half of games our opposition has been really gassed. Even one of the fittest teams in the comp in Melbourne looked quite tired in the second half of last game.

Sifa can cover centre if someone goes down. If we lose a half we can move Brailey there and McInnes can go to hooker. Atkinson could go to fullback if Will Kennedy goes down.

The thing is at the moment our bench is just as good as our starting pack. We don’t lose anything with rotation. I love this power game because it will suit us better when the finals come. We will be very adapt at sucking the energy of the opposition and finishing strong at the back end of games when it really counts.

Yes, I guess so.

For me it says more about Fitz. He's been roundly criticised for not making changes to the team. The weekend magic shows that when the chips are down he can come up with something entrepreneurial to get the job done. There is a left field after all.

Also, this will copied down the track.

And gee it was exciting watching our new big bopper for 2025 playing on the weekend.

That moment when they (the warriors) were all huddled around like headless chooks, ( pardon the pun) close to East line and someone just threw the pill to AFB. He sort of looked around and appeared to just say "f**k it I will score". He took off like a rocket from a standing start and was unstoppable.

It was pretty to watch.

Can't wait till next year to see him in the sky blue

A lot of our structural change has been since Moylan left, we basically couldn't change system when he was dropped last season.
The off season has seen us more direct as well, and using our backs to wear out opposition forwards.

It was interesting what Ennis said with storm they tried to move our forwards around early on.

There is a lot of cat and mouse with the coaches then having the players to stick and carry out plan

Be warned, be very warned. I read that Moyzie is looking at coming back to the NRL.
